The Wright portrait of Shakespeare; pastel on paper; 1688. Bears some resemblance to the Soest portrait (itself resembling the Chandos) but the face is turned towards the right.

Written in left hand corner 'Thomas Wright 1688 from a painting in his collection'. Written in middle at base of picture. There is a mezzotint engraving after this picture.
